Already 8 million people in Germany<\/a> eat a vegetarian diet. That is around 10% of the entire population of Germany. The number of people in Germany who eat a vegan diet was 1.13 million in 2020, according to the Allensbach Market and Advertising Media Analysis <\/a>. This was 180,000 more than a year earlier. And the trend is upward. Ultimately, this has an effect on the entire consumption pattern – including Oktoberfest.<\/span><\/p>\n
